preparing meals cooked from scratch. Fresh ingredients, and not purchased entrees improve quality. Fresh fruit
platters, homemade desserts, and a salad bar that tantilizes the palate, bring rave reviews from our clients and stares from
our competitors! The Sunday noon meal has traditionaly been a special time to the Coronet family. Our Sunday noon
meals are laced with pies, cobblers, and BYO sundae bars--not to mention the counter carved meats.
The main thrust of our approach is to offer a quality food program which enhances the quality of life for the boarding
student. You will find we are a service-minded company who is flexible. We design our programs based upon
